Receipt: 28012013 160003 Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States of America Copacetic I was messaging Jasmine, my niece, to see if she would be home tonight in order to drive me to Eastgate Mall at 3.30am in order to catch the Megabus to Athens, GA.  I have arranged to meet with Darin who runs Marco Polo magazine as he is interested in exhibiting some of Coffee+Sponge’s films at  Athica Gallery later this year.  Since I moved to London in 1998, I have allowed my driver’s license to expire.  To be honest, I enjoy being a passenger.

I am watching RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 4, Episode “Frenemies”.  Because contestant Willam mentions that she has been acting for the last 10 years, I check out her Wikipedia entry, which snowballs into me going to the Nip/Tuck entry.  The other tabs I have open are Facebook (Coffee+Sponge page), Slate (Making Love and Trouble article), Black Feminists Manchester (Racism within white feminist spaces),  iTunes, Roma Maffia and Calpernia Addams.

I just got in to my new flat, which I’ve only been to twice since I got the keys four days ago, because I left my wallet there. I was passing through, on my way to the studio from city lit, where I was sitting for a portraiture class, and I met Demi- who is an actress and acted in Jennifer’s play “Bullet Proof Soul” five years or so ago. I was admiring the wonderful tenth floor view, and thinking about making a cup of tea at the time.
